Lisbon, Portugal welcomed the new year with a mesmerizing display of fireworks at very famous place called Baixa Chiado.

For nearly 15 minutes, fireworks lit the sky near Atlantic Ocean, as hundreds of thousands gathered downtown to watch the spectacular display.
