Astoria the worlds oldest passenger ocean liner , until recently . Due to the covid virus pandemic. with Two attempts under tow , the old girl did not want to go. On a morning with sunrise of red and orange glow , like turners painting of the final voyage of the fighting Temeraire on the Thames. on the third attempt on the 5th December 2020 the ship has now departed the Thames under tow. To Lisbon , Portugal.
certainly the end of an era for this classic historical ship. Will she be saved from being scraped ?
