Have you ever heard of Sintra, Portugal? ???? We recently visited Quinta da Regaleira, home of the Initiation Well, and it was one of the most unique places we have visited! It has this beautiful winding staircase that goes 90ft underground to a cave system!

This place is thought to be where the Templar Initiations took place where members were blindfolded and would walk down while holding a sword near their heart. This place was insane and one of our favorite stops on our last trip!
