Shutting down emergency obstetrics services temporarily in Portugal, hospitals have turned to be fatal as a 34 year old Indian tourist died during an ambulance transfer after suffering a cardiac arrest on Saturday. The woman was being taken to some other hospital as Lisbon's main hospital did not have vacancies in the neonatology services.
