SKINNY CORN CHOWDER RECIPE: (Please note that when I call a recipe "skinny" it just means that its a low cal version of something. Not saying all the ingredients are prime & organic, hand made by mermaids & unicorns. It just helps make things guilt free!)

1 onion (diced finely)
1 small green bell pepper (diced finely)
1 stock of celery (diced finely)
5 slices of bacon
1 small can of (no salt) cream of mushroom soup
1 can of creamed corn
3 cups of chicken broth (no salt)
1/2 cup - 1 cup of whole milk
seasonings to taste (I used Tony's creole seasoning & salt/ pepper if needed)
