Our 2nd Thanksgiving in Portugal, and BOY what a difference a year makes! This time last year we were all seeing our breath in the kitchen as we had NO heat, NO insulation, trying to cook in a house built of granite stone! ???? ????

With all the progress we've made, we enjoyed a cozy meal in a warm space this year. Missing our family and friends from back home, we were fortunate to have the company of NEW friends tat have also become part of our family.
